Siblings Barzillai Forder, John Forder Children Susannah Forder Notes Grave found in Sidlesham Parish Church. It was not easy to read but but appears to say: "Samuel Forder departed this life April 11th (?) 1799 (?) aged 61 years". From the gravestones in Sidlesham Churchyard, adjacent to Samuel and Sarah, are the graves of three generations of Forders who died within a year of each other.
Samuel married for a second time, to Sarah Hobgen. On the marriage record it states that Samuel was a 38-year-old widower and yeoman, when on 16th January 1783 he married Sarah Hobgen who was a widow aged 28.
