Notes Married Methodist Minister Leonard Jennings on 19th August 1931 in Southwick and lived at Haroldswick (Unst, Shetland), Whitchurch, Nantwich, Audlem, Exeter, Falmouth, Sandown, Conwy. Their time in Unst (1931 to 1934) is recorded in the Synod Minutes and Leonard Jennings's reports to the synod, which we found at the Shetland Archives in Lerwick. Photos of these pages are in the Jennings folder. Phyllis and Leonard had two children, Elizabeth and John. Elizabeth was born in 1933 in Haroldswick, Unst, Shetland Isles. John also became a Methodist Minister, working for some years in Antigua and St Kitts (West Indies), and then in Rochdale (Lancs) and Wembley (London), retiring in Worthing. John married Lyn Thomas and had three children, Ian John, Randall and Veryan.
