Notes Christened on 20th June 1847 in Muiravonside. In 1851 census was aged 4 and living with his parents and family. In 1861 is a servant, aged 13, living with his employer's family. Lived at Greencraig, Muiravonside at the time of his marriage. Engine Keeper on his own and his son's marriage certificates. Lived at Greyrigg, Avonbridge in 1871 about a mile from Heatherstalks where they lived in 1881 and 1891. In 1901 was living at Glenview Cottage, Miuravonside and was a Colliery Engine Keeper. Died at Glenview Cottage, Avonbridge, of a Brain Haemorrhage. He was registered by his son Geoge. Death certificate on computer.
