Notes In 1881 census she is recorded as living at 68, Langsett Road, Nether Hallam with her father and unmarried sisters Mary and Rebecca. She is stated to be a "Governess School". Emigrated to South Africa (Kimberley) with her husband and son, but returned for safety when the Boer War started in 1899. She has been found on the passenger list bound for Cape Town when she returned with Arnold on 25th August 1900 on the ship Gascon. Returned to England in August 1913 on the Ship "Intaba", one year after her husband's death. She returned with her sister in law, Lucy Boothby (nee Rawson). In 1921 census is living at 35 Broomfield Grove, Rotherham with her son. Died in 1934 in Southwick aged 74.
